No. The apartments are self-catering, with fully equipped kitchens, and the shared outdoor kitchen has an Ofyr BBQ and a Städtler pizza oven. We gladly share our favourite restaurants.

No, on purpose: no noise and no dry air. At 550 metres summer nights cool down to 18–20°C. Every apartment has insect screens, ceiling fans, motorised sunscreens, blackout blinds and Dyson Purifier Cool units.
Yes. All apartments have infrared heating panels, and the Dorelan beds have summer and winter duvets.
Yes, there are two charging points on site (against payment).
No. Colpo di Fortuna is adults only (18+), made for peace, privacy and relaxation.
No. Our own dogs and cats live on the estate, and we keep the apartments allergy-friendly. Animal lovers will get a warm welcome from ours.
A panoramic saltwater pool with salt electrolysis: soft on skin and eyes, without the smell of chlorine.
The last stretch is a strada bianca, a typical white gravel road in Le Marche. It is fine for normal cars, less so for very low sports cars. You need a car to get here and to explore. See how to get here.
