Your hosts
Two careers in the Netherlands, one bold move to Le Marche. Marleen designed every apartment down to the last detail; Jeroen built the furniture in his own workshop. We live here too, and we are happy to share our favourite places with you.

No. At 550 metres nights are cool; every apartment has ceiling fans, Dyson air purifiers, screens and motorised sunscreens.
No. Colpo di Fortuna is for guests aged 18 and over, without pets.
Yes. The estate is reached by a white gravel road (strada bianca), and the villages and sights are a drive away.
