The pool
Our panoramic pool sits on the edge of the hill, looking straight out across the valley to the Sibillini Mountains. It is salt-filtered rather than chlorinated: softer on skin and eyes.
Fermob sun loungers under Umbrosa parasols, and rocking chairs in the open-sided shade house we designed and built ourselves. Easy to spend a whole day here, moving between water, shade and sun.
The garden
Blossom, butterflies and bees in spring; lavender, African lilies and roses in summer; red and yellow in autumn; green and red in winter.
Paths and stairs link the terraces, the pool and many places to sit, so there is always a quiet spot in full sun or deep shade.
Outdoor kitchen
The shared outdoor kitchen is built around an Ofyr fire BBQ and a Städtler pizza oven, with bar seating. A large Fermob dining table waits under the grapes nearby.
Once the sun drops behind the mountains, this is where guests gather for long, unhurried dinners under the open sky.
Fitness
A Norwell open-air fitness station is tucked into the greenery for a workout in the fresh mountain air, with the pool a few steps away for the cool-down.
